Variety has named Scott Haze one of the 10 actors to watch rise for 2013. This is a prestigious annual list presented by the Variety is highly regarded and closely watched by the filmmaking community and has previously featured many Academy Award and Golden Globe winner.
This years list which, which is being presented at the Hamptons International Film Festival, includes, Place Beyond The Pines star Dane Dehane, star Fruitvale Station‘s Michael B. Jordan and 12 Years A Slave actor Lupita Nyongo among many esteemed others, focuses on actors who have had large success on this years festival circuit. Scott’s films have featured in many major film festival this year including The Cannes Film Festival for As I Lay Dying and The Venice Film Festival, Toronto International, New York Film Festival and Austin Film Festival for Child Of God.
